The registration fee for BCL events is non-refundable once payment is completed. This fee covers administrative costs, platform maintenance, and prize pool contributions.
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Note: Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event start date.
To request a refund:
Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
If BCL cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the next event.
Registration cannot be transferred to another person. However, you may request a transfer to a future event, subject to availability and approval.
